We do not charge a premium for a bespoke design but charge only in proportion to materials and labour costs. This flexibility allows every building to be designed with your particular requirements and budget in mind.

Although we offer a standard range of oak frame buildings, these are only intended to act as a guide and a starting point for discussion. We will endeavor to design a structure with pleasing proportions to fit your building plot and budget.
